Overall, the site gives off the feeling of putting profits and appreciation of token value above the utility or community building, which strongly puts the ratings down for me (attached examples). Any project that focuses on profits is essentially a pump and dump and is a major red flag for me - feels like onboarded celebrities/users would use their fans as exit liquidity.

As a launchpad for celebrities to build up their communities/fanbases on, the utilities of their fan tokens are not specified, but gives examples such as exclusive access and interaction sessions. The platform also takes 10% of creator tokens as commissions. They are aiming to onboard 50 celebrities by the end of Q3, but there is only 1 currently - Roberto Carlos. I do see the appeal of social tokens, but I believe it should be limited to exclusive ticketing, planned meet-and-greets and exclusive content drop (similar to MrBeast providing private videos for Feastables purchases) and not have massive fulfilments such as private gaming sessions, calls or private chats.

While the entertainment space is vast, other companies like Limewire have already gained traction with celebrity sign-ups.

The team's ability to attract well-known celebrities to the platform is one of my biggest concerns. With only Roberto Carlos on board, achieving their goal of 50 celebrities, especially high-quality ones, by Q3 (based on their roadmap) seems unlikely. Celebrities are the backbone of such platforms, and without a strong lineup, adoption may suffer.

The tokenomics also presents concerns. The presence of both community treasury and treasury allocations seems odd, as treasury is typically governed by the community through voting. Even if "Treasury" is meant for daily operational expenses, this should already be accounted for either from the 13% to the team or by asking the "Community Treasury" via a proper gov process. Currently,  this tokenomics suggests that the team could potentially control 28% of the token, raising red flags about their intentions for the "Treasury" component.

the idea makes sense. I’ve seen successful web2 projects allowing fans to pay for interactions with celebrities, so it’s a viable business model. One angle I find interesting is that the more excited celebrities can keep their audience, the more their token value should increase. Having spent years in the content industry, I know that this can be a double edged sword which often leads to creator burnout as they have to please fans all the time so their token doesn’t crash. But disregarding the potential mental health concerns and negative cultural influences, I definitely think it’s something that would work, as both fans and celebrities have a financial incentive to “pump” the token. The negative effects could be mitigated with good platform design.

What I don’t like:
the website copy is still pretty rough with lots of grammar mistakes and it doesn’t sound very exciting yet. They could benefit from a good copy writer.
not a big fan of governance tokens and I don’t see how revenues will lead to token appreciation.

Straight to the point, I think that Most Fan will likely never get the big traction it needs to be successful while web2 platforms like Only Fans for example remain dominant.

The concept of creating an ecosystem for celebrities to run their own token economies raises some concerns for me. I fear it could become a chaotic situation with dissatisfied fans losing money on celebrities who fail to deliver on their promises + poor products. The only way I really see this idea working is by attracting major celebrities with cult like followings such as Kim K, Justin Bieber, or Lionel Messi for example onto the platform. While having football legend Roberto Carlos on board is a positive step, I doubt it is enough to convince people to embrace this ecosystem fully.

Despite my reservations on the idea, as an investor, I place great importance on evaluating the project's team. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about the founders or team behind Most Fan and this raises a significant red flag for me. Additionally the presence of spelling and grammar mistakes in the whitepaper does not reflect well on the team's professionalism and attention to detail already makes me doubt them.
