Crypto Rookies

Why should users use CryptoTV instead of traditional TV? I think this is a question that everyone asks when they see this project. Looking at their website, it appears to be overloaded with content. I don't like their implementation, as for crypto news, users can use TheBlock, CoinDesk, etc. These resources are more credible than CryptoTV. Initially, I thought CryptoTV would be something like real TV. Unfortunately, CryptoTV is just a news website. That is why I cannot rate it highly because the idea is not new, and we have good existing crypto websites that do their job well (except, perhaps, Cointelegraph intern). I don't see what unique contribution this project makes to the crypto community.

At present, CryptoTV’s live TV primarily consists of pre-recorded videos, sparking my curiosity about how they plan to fill the 24/7 airtime with engaging content. The challenge I foresee them facing lies in delivering consistent and high-quality viewing for such extended periods.

Excitingly, Crypto TV's upcoming expansion includes studios in Dubai, Romania, Turkey, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States, reflecting its global outlook. This expansion bodes well for providing diverse content and catering to a broader worldwide audience expanding the reach of crypto further which is fantastic to see.

The platform stands out as a comprehensive source for news, educational content and, my favourite, the career section dedicated to crypto industry job roles—a valuable resource given the niche nature of such opportunities.

Despite these strengths, my main critique centres around the website UI and UX. The current design lacks visual appeal, and the navigation experience could be a lot smoother. Addressing these aspects would enhance the overall user satisfaction and engagement with the platform I believe.

I was recently thinking about a good tv channel for crypto with useable, honest info, but the integrity already stopped after my first research. This experience left me disheartened; it seems like just another news aggregation site among many. Personally, I prefer reputable sources like Cointelegraph over such platforms.

Firstly, Telegram boasts 38.4k subscribers, but with only an average of 150 maximum readers—this strongly suggests the presence of paid followers. The YouTube channel follows a similar pattern, with a substantial follower count but an inexplicably low total view count compared to subscribers, raising doubts about its authenticity.

Moreover, the showcase video fails to provide a clear representation of their ideal broadcasts; instead, it's a compilation of random events and everyday occurrences.
