Creating the economy outlined in the whitepaper will require lots of partnerships and users. It’s likely going to be an uphill battle.

Given the highly personal nature of health data, it's also critical that the platform ensures robust privacy and security measures. I’d be highly worried about how my data is used, data privacy is not mentioned in the litepaper and data sales is one of the revenue streams of the company.  This would make me hesitant to sign up for something like this.

As Bliv is at the very start of their journey and have not grown much of a community yet, I thought I would give my 2 cents for what I believe would be good things for BLiv to do in order to help them to grow their community and keep their community interactive with the project.

1)	Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of their "Live to Earn" concept through effective marketing (Blockbuster wrote an amazing review for them to take note of on this). Make sure to really emphasize the benefits of their app eg) incentivizing healthy living, providing financial rewards, fostering a supportive community.

2)	Identify key influencers, fitness experts and wellness communities who align with BLiV's vision. Collaborate with them to promote the project and generate more awareness through this.

3)	Establish partnerships with health organizations and health research institutions to collaborate on initiatives promoting healthy living some of which could even be included into to health activities on the app as Asher, the CEO, stated previously. This is very key in my opinion, these sort of partnerships can help increase credibility for the project a lot, as well as provide BLiv with access to valuable resources and ultimately expand the reach of BLiV's product to wider communities beyond the world outside of crypto.

4)	Organize and attend as many crypto community events/expos, both online and offline as possible. At these events/expos put on fitness challenges, group activities and create meetups to make the community interact with the app and one another as much as possible. Encourage BLiv users to share their experiences, progress and success stories to foster a bigger sense of community and support.

5)	Implement a referral program that reward users for inviting new participants to join BLiV. Offer additional incentives or exclusive benefits to top referrers. These always work well for these sorts of apps to gain more users.

6)	Finally when the community has grown in size as fostered a sense of togetherness make sure to always maintain open and transparent communication with the community. Provide them with regular updates on project development, partnerships and milestones and continue to address any concerns or inquiries promptly, as they have been doing with some of our Cyrator reviews.

Right now I will be neutral with 3* but I will be sure to amend this review in the future by seeing how well BLiv manage to grow and nurture their community.

At this early stage of the project it is difficult to determine whether Bliv's tokens will be a good investment on the open market after they launch. However I believe the right question to ask right now is considering first impressions, have Bliv managed to captivate my interest and potentially entice me enough to use their app on a regular basis?

What interests me the most though with this app and has the potential to generate significant passive income I believe from reading what their CEO said, is the health activities that users can perform on the app. The quality and appeal of these activities will play a vital role in keeping users engaged with the app. While we don't currently have a complete list of activities yet, Asher, the CEO of the project, provided an example in response to my micro review. He suggested an activity such as attending a ‘’one-hour online class on improving sleep with Dr. XXX, sponsored by Himalaya’’.

I find this example quite an appealing one. An educational class on a topic like sleep, which I am genuinely interested in (as I believe I don't get enough of it), wouldn't feel like a chore to attend. The fact that I would also be rewarded for participating in such activities would be an added bonus. I sincerely hope that Bliv can continue to find and create captivating examples like this, offering educational sessions on various health-related topics and engaging users in fun activities that promote their well-being. By doing so, I believe Bliv will achieve a higher retention rate among its users.

However, there are disclaimers that clearly state that it is not to be used as diagnostic, so in the end just like a fitbit, you cannot rely on it for medical reasons. However, regardless if it works or not, you can still earn while scanning your face, so users should see it not as a replacement for a general health checkup, but just as a little game where they can earn side income.

I would further be skeptical if the earnings were quantified in a way that is fixed in a smart contract and devoid of real revenues, but having spoken to their CEO. He clearly understand this issue, and plan on ensuring the earnings do not exceed the revenues, so it is therefore allocated dynamically to ensure long term economic viability.

If this project becomes huge in terms of market cap, it will enable their team to potentially build a decentralized pharmaceutical company, and by any chance destroy the existing providers that are actually killing people and keeping them sick in order to maximize profits. If any businesses should be decentralized and owned by it's users, it's really the health industry.

It's early stage, but I believe they have a chance to make it happen over time as they grow.

One thing that always works for me is having a hyperlink or a small link for the team members that links it to either their LinkedIn, Substack, Medium, or even past works that could help with building the credibility of the core team. In BLiV's case, although there are short write-ups of the core team members, it is extremely brief and does not explicitly touch on their background. I had to also do a google search in order to find out more about their core 6 team members. What would really help is to provide links for investors as well as curious eyes to take a look at such credentials.

The CEO, Asher Looi comes from Malaysia, and looks to have a wealth of experience in the FMCG , film and events management sector, starting off his career before transitioning into investments and fund management. Blueseriph covers Asher's background extremely well, but what I would like to share would be how Asher has managed to combine his experiences of looking into Healthcare and data investemnts (with Health Estate), building an e-pharmacy (Goobat.care), and also his experience with looking at cryptocurrency investments since 2013 (COINdeology) to build an idea around an extremely traditional space where SouthEast Asians are mostly reluctant to do regular health screenings/checkups. Building BLiV eases the pain point of using 'daily check-ins' as health checkups and also provides monetisation. Who says no to 'free' money?

Just like Blueseriph, I am unable to find any information on their COO, Ian Tan, which I believe is an area to be fixed asap. The COO is central to the daily operations of the project, and the role needs to be helmed by someone who has experience running operations or has experience leading projects from start to finish. I was able to find information on GalAxie Cup that was co-created by him, but I wish there was more information regarding him that we could potentially see.

Dr Rayyan Eshaghpour, their CTO, has his own website but I am not sure why they would not put something like this on their site. This provides immense credibility that what they are building is not something built on a whim, but has gone through thorough and rigorous building alongside someone with vast experiences. He has also come from big tech platforms such as Salesforce and Google, and looks extremely strong from their technical point. I wouldn't be surprised if Rayyan works closely with Asher as well on the project building due to the vast experiences that can be tapped on by Asher.

Dr AJ Minai and Dr Rayyan are both part of Vision77, and he has vast experiences as a Chief Branding Officer as well as having experience both as a Marketeer and Investor, and being a TEDx Speaker would definitely know how to position their branding and thoughts in a way that captures attention for sure.

The Team look strong, but I would deduct a star solely for the lack of information of the COO. I do believe the COO is extremely important to a project's success, and knowing who is running the day-to-day is important for investors looking at a project such as this.

I remove 1 star just to try to convince that extending the vesting period would be beneficial. I believe 3 years is short. I know most crypto projects have 1 or 2 years, but I never invest in those pump and dumps.

A 4 star rating Is quite good detail, the main tenets of the product are well designed and developed, but maybe some aspects still need some work.

3 stars is for a project that presents a coherent model and all necessary components are figured out but lack detail.

2 stars is having an interesting idea, but it's not coherent yet

BLiV ranks between 3-4 stars because it's an interesting idea that makes innovative use of new technologies to solve a problem that's very achievable and potentially has wide spread appeal. I think their technology is coherent as putting regular health scan, health boosting activities, health education and other health activities all under one app makes sense and it's combined with various gamification models. However, it's not 4 stars yet because many of these ideas are still very high level. For example, we don't yet know what some of the health activities are that people can perform on the app to earn tokens, let alone having an MVP for them, nor describing the intricacies of their technical details.

So, for now it's 3 stars. once we know more details about what kind of activities are available on the app other than the health scan, I will consider a higher rating. But I believe it will take a few months to get there.

Blockbuster

I'm completely editing my previous review given the extensive edits that were made by the team, many of which seemed to have been based on my previous review (see review history).

The website now looks much better overall. It has more finished and exciting feel. A lot of the most important information is there, including what it is (rewarding people for being healthy), how it works (get rewards for health scan, attending educational events, etc) and why the tokens are valuable (how they generate revenues and how they use that for buy backs, etc.

Overall, it's now a beautiful big bold design that's easy to digest. As I've mentioned in my previous review, their lightpaper was pretty good to start with.

To get a 5 star review there would still have to be improvements, but I think those will take time. The website and lightpaper are still a bit text and explanation heavy and I think the app design shown in the attached screenshot is cluttered and clunky. To get a 5 star marketing review I'd like the website to be more focused to the actual end user rather than explaining a product. For example, I'd like to see beautiful and simple designs from the app next to text explaining what you can do. As in, "earn rewards for completing educational health courses" next to an image of available courses.

For crypto projects in general, it's also important for me to show usage stats. Cyrator has stats under cyrator.com/stats for example. This is arguably one of the most important info for potential buyers, which is why I rarely give 5 stars without a good stats section. I understand that they're not live yet. So this is something that probably has to wait.

I agree with Crypto Mill that it's difficult to rate a project on progress that this early. But here's a couple of points that are important to me.

Pro:
They have put in a lot of effort into trying to explain their project. A website, 2 decks, and a great lightpaper. Although I don't like their website and decks very much, I think this is a necessary step towards having a powerful presentation. The fact that the team is very open to feedback gives me confidence that they will be able to improve their presentation over the coming months.

Con:
There's no MVP yet and the concept is still very much in idea stage. I think a lot of their ideas will not make that much sense anymore when they actually hit the market, which is true for nearly any tech product. They will have to make a lot of mistakes a long the way to learn what actually works, which I foresee hampering their progress

However, one massive standout feature to me is that BLiV will own the $15M business Goobat pharma. Once the BLiV company is incorporated and officially owns Goobat pharma, I would revise my review to either 4 or even 5 stars (especially if they also have the MVP out by then), because starting off with a running and profitable business with over 1M yearly revenues is way more advanced than 99% of crypto projects out there. I'm really looking forward to this.

I've come across this project multiple times in the past weeks, and each time I'm amazed as I delve deeper into its mechanics. However, the concept of a private swap pool always makes me uneasy whenever I encounter it in a project. While I understand its purpose, I wonder if others feel the same way.

The product design combines elements of Star Trek and sports, but it fails to convey a strong health focus. If you weren't aware it was a health application, you would never guess its purpose.

Further exploration reveals numerous revenue opportunities, which may attract brands more than individuals. While I would love to earn from it, I worry about potential costs, particularly from a marketing perspective. Only time will reveal the truth.

I want to believe in this project because the world desperately needs a revolution in health and health education. If this project can achieve that and turn it into a game, it becomes even more enticing and enjoyable. But why Star Trek?

This is very early for Bliv to be assessed for it's progress. But team has been doing right things by being reviewed and updating themselves to be better prepared for success. Based on the AMA(July 2023), Bliv has raised enough pre-seed money to build web2 mobile app as MVP (Minimal Viable product). Which is expected to get completed by Q3 2023.

Bliv scores well on tokenomics. Although we still do not have the exact distribution of the tokens and vesting in the docs, but based on Crypto Rookies assessment and his attached initial distribution scheme(Good vesting and distribution between team, investors and ecosystem), I am giving it 5 stars.

It has all the good ingredients in it's design to make it sustainable in long term.

Revenue sources:
Partners and brands pay for advertising and virtual real estate with BLiV.
Users pay for monthly NFT activation fees and event participation fees with $LiV.
A 5% royalty fee on LiV NFT trading and transaction fees for trading, buying, and selling on the NFT marketplace
Bliv plans to utilize it treasury(Fiat and $liv)  to buy real business and use it's profit to buy back and burn $liv. Essentially benefiting the ecosystem.

Revenue in  Fiat
A portion of proceeds on the NFT marketplace and charges on profit,
sponsorship, and targeted ads from partner brands will be used for token
buyback and burn.

If the partners pay in $Liv (for the discount over fiat), a portion will be burned and rest will be used as treasury and could sell portion of it based on market conditions.

Bliv scores well on tokenomics. The idea here is to use Thermal Optical Imaging(TOI) through smart phone's camera to create an economy of "scan your face and earn".  You get paid more for improved health as time goes by.  But If you do not improve, you only earn a base amount.  It will encourage you to become healthy.

Transdermal optical imaging (TOI) uses images taken of your face to detect the blood flow and and pressure by applying Machine Learning on the images.  It has quite good accuracy(above 90%) in capturing blood pressure and related metrics.

Bliv will use NFTs and dual tokens to award users for their participation. It will have affiliates companies (like PUMA, Himalaya etc) as paying clients for events organized by Bliv. Revenue generation(through affiliates programs, NFT sales, Health data sales) that will flow into the token system will depend on popularity of the project.

The potential problems:
Those who are healthy will always earn base amount. And those who are not healthy, will earn more as they become healthy and eventually their rewards comes back down to base. So in either case, if base amount is not exciting, I do not see how people will stay connected to the app for longer?
