This looks like a solid buy.
Price is basing above the previous base before the breakout. Volume is low in the recent period, so it's just a matter of time before price breaks out...probably.
There should be at least an increase in volatility. Since this is such a popular project, it's more probable that it breaks out to the upside. Show Less
