In my opinion, buying and marketing go hand-in-hand, which is why this review is somewhat of an extension of the one I wrote about marketing. In this "Buy?" review, I explain why I would not buy and suggest how they could encourage people to actually make a purchase.

Their project is highly technical and, to be honest, even as an enthusiast, I don't completely understand the technical aspects of it. I'm sure there are others like me out there, and some good marketing that simplifies their product could engage more people. Unfortunately, it seems like marketing is almost seen as poison to them, as evidenced by our marketing reviews of Truebit.

There are some simple methods, such as The Golden Circle by Sinek, that can help simplify the reasons behind why Truebit exists, what they do, and how they do it. Using such techniques can help to avoid using technical jargon that is difficult for non-technical people like me to understand. Without a way to simplify their message, it is unlikely that I will ever fully understand the benefits of investing in their product. Even if their product works flawlessly and solves the current issues facing Ethereum, without effective marketing, they may never achieve the explosive growth that investors dream of. This is why I would not invest in Truebit. Show Less
