Space Mavericks offers a blend of classic artillery game and MOBA dynamics offering real-time PvP battles. This game is another entry into the free-to-play / play-to-earn model, rewarding players with NFTs and tokens, merging gaming and blockchain technology. This segment is quickly filling up with plenty of well funded competition.
They have around 20k followers on Twitter, which is alright if it’s real. But I can’t seem to join their Discord and their Instagram links to a men’s barbershop. This really makes me wonder if this team has their stuff together. Some of the copy on their website is quite rough and the visuals don't impress me that much either.
My main problem with Space Mavericks is that it just doesn’t look that fun to play. The preview gameplay videos look average at best, and it’s difficult for me to get excited about this game. I’ll have to pass on this one. Show Less
