I personally probably would not understand the terms and explanations in image 1. Additionally, I noticed some typos, and the small text in the middle, which makes it sloppy to read.
One idea to improve this would be to use it as a presentation deck and/or video to impress and ensure understanding. That way they could help the target audience understand the services and thus making a connection with first impressions.

Regarding "Beyond Lending & Borrowing," it would be beneficial if the images were clickable as well. The current format makes them difficult to read/view. I do like the idea.
