There are 3 big risks when it comes to this type of website:
- Regulatory risk - Will regulators put them out of business?
- Fair play - Are the games fair and do they actually follow the rules that they say they are?
- Safety of funds - Will the founders take the money and run?
It doesn't seem like #1 is much of an issue. They are operating out of Curaçao and the regulators there don't seem to care too much about this company. However, Curaçao is technically part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. So there could be some problems if the Netherlands decides to press the issue. But it seems like Curaçao is mostly on its own in terms of regulation.
However, #2 and #3 do seem to be an issue. Now granted, there can potentially be a lot of fake reviews on both sides. But as I read through the reviews on TrustPilot, the negative reviews seem to point to classic scams like stalling withdrawals and randomly closing accounts. I don't know how true this is, but many of these reviews look legit.
To me, the high leverage and alternative jurisdiction are fine, as long as they are delivering on their promises. But it doesn't seem like they are. Show Less
