Initial impression that team used existing white label solution and simply branded the project putting together all possible details to justify the existence of the project, then throwing into the market with the hope that someone would get the bite, typical Asian vibe that i used to come across during my roadshows across East Asia.

Interestingly enough, animated, less valuable content on website has nothing unique to offer, i simply have hard time digesting companies that fail to show competitive advantages in comparison with existing players in the market, furthermore, absence of social impact is additional red flag, being in the industry for money is good, but brining value to end users even better, and RWA can easily be linked to social impact, even in real estate, if required DD and thinking is done.

Concluding opinion is project is not serious, no traction, no thought leadership and strong value preposition. Show Less
