I like the idea (although it's not unique) and the presentation is ok. But there are some major red flags.

The team is anonymous. Because this project will depend on how compliant their model is with regulations in various juristictions, I think that an anonymous team neither appropriate nor necessary for this kind of project.

Since compliance will be so important, they would need to explain how and where they'll be compliant. They'll need to explain their strategy on the US market and Regulations as well. If they won't allow sales to US citizens, that's ok. But that would have to be stated and would impact the token price.
