MostFan's concept of establishing a market leader in the web3 entertainment space using DLTs is interesting. However, several challenges raise concerns about its potential success. While the entertainment space is vast, other companies like Limewire have already gained traction with celebrity sign-ups.
The team's ability to attract well-known celebrities to the platform is one of my biggest concerns. With only Roberto Carlos on board, achieving their goal of 50 celebrities, especially high-quality ones, by Q3 (based on their roadmap) seems unlikely. Celebrities are the backbone of such platforms, and without a strong lineup, adoption may suffer.
The tokenomics also presents concerns. The presence of both community treasury and treasury allocations seems odd, as treasury is typically governed by the community through voting. Even if "Treasury" is meant for daily operational expenses, this should already be accounted for either from the 13% to the team or by asking the "Community Treasury" via a proper gov process. Currently, this tokenomics suggests that the team could potentially control 28% of the token, raising red flags about their intentions for the "Treasury" component. Show Less
