$MNT

Mantle Network has been confirmed as a title sponsor at TOKEN2049 Singapore, one of the region's most attended and well-regarded Web3 events of the year.

Mantle Network is a layer-2 (L2) technology stack for scaling Ethereum, with its Mainnet Alpha just recently went live on July 17, 2023. Its modular architecture separates transaction execution, data availability, and transaction finality into modules — which can be individually upgraded and adopt the latest innovations independently of one another. Mantle Network is the first L2 to partner with ETH restaking protocol EigenLayer for the data availability module. By using an optimistic rollup architecture, Mantle Network's security properties are inherited from Ethereum.

As the world’s first DAO-spawned L2, the BitDAO community has converted all of its governance tokens from $BIT to $MNT and has merged its treasury into what is now called the Mantle Network. Mantle is pioneering a vision for the mass adoption of token-governed technologies. The network is powered by its native token $MNT, which is also used as a gas token and ecosystem growth token, while also serving as the governance token in the DAO. The BitDAO community has passed a proposal for $100M of its treasury funds to be committed to the Mantle Ecosystem Fund, offering grants and also matching private funding with external VCs or other partnered investors.

The Mantle Ecosystem currently has more than 61 dApps live on mainnet since Mantle Network Mainnet’s launch less than three weeks ago, including LayerZero, thirdweb, Covalent, Ankr, HashCase and more. Learn more about Mantle at https://www.mantle.xyz/ Show Less
