This is another project claiming to be decentralized, for the people, etc...but it's not. It's a centrally controlled project.

The big giveaway, in my opinion, is whenever a project says something like "web speed" or "unbounded capacity." That probably means that they are using centralized servers to increase speed and capacity. Truly decentralized projects usually take more time to grow organically and generally can't promise that kind of performance in 2 years.

On top of that, they presented one of their milestones at the WEF in 2020. They appear to be insiders.

I guess there isn't necessarily anything wrong with that per se, but you just have to know what you're getting into.

In all fairness, I give them 2 stars for actually having a good number of apps already running on the blockchain. These apps are not just exchanges and NFT platforms either. It looks like the apps have legit, real-world use cases.

So does this project expand on the ideals of crypto and decentralization? No way. That's why I've given it such a low score.
