HyperCycle: Accelerating AI towards Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)
I absolutely love the concept of HyperCycle and what they hope to accomplish.
HyperCycle is developing a small yet crucial component to aid in the development of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
This component is a NODE designed to facilitate transactions between AI machines, allowing them to interact with each other with extremely fast processing times (sub-second finality).
Why is this so cool?
Because the current AI continues to evolve in silos or in a non-cooperative and centralized manner, this could result in either no one achieving AGI or a single entity dominating AGI.
The HyperCycle solution would use these NODES to connect all the siloed AI machines into an "Internet of AIs," so the first AGI could evolve from the combination of multiple AIs forming a "global brain."
Using their analogy, HyperCycle NODES would be like “what synapses do for the neurons to communicate inside the brain.” Show Less
