Hedera

$HBAR

At a glance, Hedera looks like an amazing project, as they have fast transactions and finality, extremely low cost per transactions and low energy consumption per transaction - reminding me largely of Algorand of being environmentally friendly with fast speeds. They also have a large governance council of currently 29/39 organisations such as Chainlink, Google, Ubisoft that provides strong credibility and are 'collusion-resistant'. Large firms such as these are usually compliant, and everyone in the governance council of various industries have equal voting weights.

However, looking at the ecosystem of Hedera, I have not heard of any names from the projects that gain traction, nor does it seem like there were much marketing efforts to push visibility of these projects. I suppose with the fast finality and low transaction costs, there should be more projects that would be open to building and developing on Hedera, but it also does not seem to be the case. The token price has not recovered a single bit in the past year as well.

I would give the project 3 stars as there is really no clear direction that the project is heading towards, but looks fundamentally sound overall. Show Less
