Additionally, users are required to go through KYC and provide a lot of documents, which I don't like, but it's not a problem with crypto; it's due to restrictions from traditional finance.

There are many options for what users can buy on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, and Optimism. Users can buy ETH, USDC, USDT, and, for some blockchains, DAI as well. I think it's quite enough for regular users who can do it via a card.
