3 stars at best. Their whitepaper is pretty short and only describes readily available technology. They focus on DeFi offering very fast transactions, low latency and high throughput to safe a lot of money on trades where prices fluctuate heavily. But low latency and high throughput is just a result of using Tendermint. The rest of the Whitepaper only describes financial incentives for users and dApps and it ends with a description of a DAO (I've only glossed over at this point). Almost all text is just describing general blockchain concepts, nothing concrete that they add.
In summary, they're using Tendermint to create DeFi tools, but I'm guessing there's many others doing that. They mention a "one of a kind" bridging solution, but don't explain how it works. Show Less
