The idea behind this project is solid, but I feel that the project team has yet to consider many practical issues. Firstly, tradings in this kind of market, especially for events like popular concerts and sports games, are likely to fuel ticket scalping activities. Secondly, for services like flight and hotel bookings, aside from the fact that airlines generally don't allow easy changes to ticket information, there are more serious concerns regarding personal information such as names and identification, which could make users hesitant to engage in trading. Perhaps shifting towards tradable points or miles for transactions could be a viable approach. However, seeing that they are backed by several major companies does validate that their idea is gaining acceptance. It just requires the project team to conduct more real-world research on these types of trading. Show Less
