BitTensor is thus far the best infrastructure to train and operate AI models in a decentralized fashion.

Potential ROI

Looking at the fully diluted market cap and the current available on Tier1 exchanges, I would say we are looking at going from $1.8B currently to $30B to $50B market cap by the peak of the bull run in 2025 (which is my personal estimates which could be widely off). The reason being is that it takes a few years to develop this kind of infrastructure and I'm not sure there are real competitors at the moment, meanwhile they have applications like Corcel, a competitor to ChatGPT that is functional already, so it's a matter of time before we see a large number of AI models deployed with commercial viability. After all, AI is currently controlled mostly by large entities, and AI researcher can either get a paycheck, or go for the real upside by deploying their models themselves instead of giving all the upside to large corporations.

Since Solana achieved a $40B market cap last bull cycle, and it was it's first bull cycle, I think $TAO may follow a similar path, hence why I believe a $30B to $50B is achievable given the differentiating factor of the technology as the basis for Decentralized AI.

Difference between #TAO and $RNDR

The difference is that centralized businesses can train AI models or render 3D scenes, and movies on Render, but BitTensor is for training, deploying, and operating models in a decentralized fashion which is not accomplished on Render. So, that's very different in terms of value capture for users and developers. A closer competitor would be SingularityNet (AGIX), which unfortunately have been around since 2017 but still don't seem to have much market shares with commercial AI applications used by real paying users.

AI Models

What's interesting from a technological point of view is that you can run PyTorch models on $TAO, and although you may have to tweak various parameters for the training to be optimal, the models should work relatively as is, which is great for developers.

tokenomics

Very similar to Bitcoin, and I believe would make it SEC compliant as a utility token, and possibly attractive to institutional investors and listing on coinbase for US investors.

conclusion

Since BitTensor is a layer-1, I will be looking for investing in various projects that build on it and may achieve even greater ROI. The entire ecosystem is primed for greatness this 2924/2025 bull cycle. I'm looking to further accumulate below $300.
