Between a 3 and 4 star, with 5 star potential.
- 3 stars at best for the presentation. The design is ok-ish, but there's way too much unnecessary information and not enough emphasis on vital information. It's a chore working through their deck or lightpaper (the latter I didn't get past the first couple pages). They need a deck that tells the reader why they are interesting in less than 3 min. Which is they got traction, a grant, working hardware, etc. Most projects we see aren't real yet. They're just an idea on paper. So if you are realy, put that front and center. Show images, graphs, etc. A deck is to get attention and to get a meeting with investors, not to sell your business. So they should drop all the explanations, pick the 5 or so best facts about their business, highlight them in the deck so it's super easy to absorb and remove everything else.
- 4 stars for having built for a few years with some results and I guess being in an intersting market.
- Could be 5 stars if they can highlight some of their most important achievements (if they are any good). Show Less
