The utility is none as usual, you're betting that this community is attracting all people to a Solana dream and try to get a stupid apt to mint more tokens and dump right after. Why 3 stars? Well, I think it has good traction and the shitnomics are just enough shitty give community context, not heavily shitty. But probably going to spike when goes to biggest CEX and after that, a good correction will occur, only afterwards we'll see bigg influx, if it keeps alive (as it looks it will). The Market Capitalization is high, all things closely to 200m, imo, means too late. But In memecoins, as said before, is a bet in the community anyway.
