$790,000 transaction fee for a $13K BTC transfer?!

In the image below someone is trading $13k in BTC but for some reason there is a $790,000 transaction fee?! What is going on? For anyone who knows I would love the answer. Crazy times we live in and make sure to double check your transactions before you send. Or maybe there's more to it? Show Less
