Bitcoin holders should consider selling aggressively when realized profits hit key levels, according to CryptoQuant analysis. On Dec. 13, the platform advised monitoring the percentage of Bitcoin supply “in loss,” which typically signals the end of bull markets. Once this figure drops below 4%, it indicates that most holders are in profit, marking the peak of a bull run.
CryptoQuant suggests using dollar-cost averaging (DCA) to sell during this phase, as it helps lock in gains before a potential downturn. Currently, the percentage of supply in loss is around 8%, leaving room for further price growth. Analysts also note that whales have yet to show significant profit-taking behavior, implying more upside potential. Show Less
